Options of the Marrying Kind

A few months ago, I reluctantly agreed to go on a blind date with a man introduced to me by my aunt. I met the man in question, who I will refer to as Mr. X, for dinner and the evening passed pleasantly enough.
We talked about our interests, work, families, cats, dogs and the like. He even met my brother that evening as we bumped into him on the street as we were leaving the restaurant. Mr. X was a good looking guy and great company and I was prepared to see him again. However, I was flying out of town the next day so I told him to call me in a couple of weeks.
Mr. X followed up with several emails, indicating he would like to see me again. Shortly after these missives, I received a frantic message from my brother. He had bumped into Mr. X in a bar. So what you ask? Well, seeing as to how my brother is gay and was in a gay bar when he bumped into Mr. X, I’m sure you’ll forgive me for overanalyzing Mr. X’s reasons for being there.
As if that was not bad enough, Mr. X proceeded to approach my brother and instruct him not to tell me about their chance encounter. His exact words were “I like men but I have to marry a woman.” Talk about a lucky escape!

I’m rolling on the floor on this one. Thank god for a good brother.
That is terrible! i am so glad he got caught before they got serious! If your Gay dont try and “fool” a woman into marrying you. It just isnt fair to anyone in the situation!
